Larry Elliott joined Art Anderson Associates as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in 2001. In his position he is responsible for mechanical engineering work on new construction, refurbishment and modifications to vessels and on some civil projects. Prior experience includes 10 years at WSF in their vessel design department. He is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers.
Larry graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1968 and served in destroyers and amphibious ships in operations. He was also a Chief Engineer of a Knox Class Frigate. Larry earned a Master’s Degree and Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey. In subsequent assignments, he served as an Engineering Duty Officer as a Ship Superintendent and Type Desk Officer for Guided Missile Cruiser Overhauls. |
Larry has extensive experience over the past 10 years in Wash Measurement and Analysis. He has participated in the Wash Measurement and Analysis of over 80 vessels of all types.
